We are doing our part to help combat the spread of COVID-19, while continuing to adapt in order to protect our residents and staff team members, which is our greatest priority. We are taking additional steps to preserve a healthy environment by minimizing any chances of transmission and keep our communities running.
Maintenance Requests: We will continue to respond to emergency work orders. For all non-emergency work orders, a maintenance team member will reach out to you via phone or video chat to try and assist you.
Office Closure: The leasing office is closed to visitors but the leasing staff continues to answer the phones and is available by email. Phone: (309) 682-3222, Email: Leasing@glenbrookapts.com. We are tentatively set to re-open on April 6th, though subject to change.
Leasing: We continue to invite you to the resident portal via our website to make rental payments, submit a maintenance request, apply on-line or contact the office. We can also sign leases via Docusign.
Packages: Delivery drivers are still attempting to make delivers to your front door and the office is accepting any undeliverable packages. Packages can be picked up by calling the office when you are in the parking lot of the office so the leasing agent can set the package outside the office front door for you to retrieve it.
COVID-19 Diagnoses: We ask that you please communicate with the leasing office, if you have been diagnosed with COVID-19 or exposed to someone that has it in the last 14 days. Your privacy is of the utmost importance and will adhere to the guidance of the local officials to protect the health of our residents and staff team members.
